Severn Vale employs lovely staff, and Mum enjoys their visits very much. They have a very good communication system and respond well to feedback and requests when we need to fine-tune. As we are now up to 3-4 visits daily, this caters to all aspects of Mum's care. The staff are very observant, and inform us of any concerns, as well as shopping requests etc.
